This is the last group of people we ever wish to meet!  But when you do make their acquaintance you are so relieved this is who you are working with! The Techs from Alpha are nothing but professional. Their knowledge and training within the industry is evident in every recovery and mitigation action they perform. This was a major ordeal and life event to our home for my wife and I. The empathy shown, reassurance that this can be fixed and over all professionalism was hands down the best it could of been! Dealing with their front office people and leadership also was a very positive experience. Top to bottom , this Alpha Restoration  unit is on top of their game and service at a high level. I hope to never need them again, but i know if the WATER ever runs again where is not supposed to be,  I Know wo i am calling!  Thank you Aplha!

What a great company! We’ve had to use them twice, once for our bathroom and now again for our kitchen. Both times they have been amazing! I’m so glad we have them to help us navigate this. They have been professional, on time when they said they’d be here, great communication,   always cleaned up after themselves, and thorough every step of the way. For emergencies they responded quickly. I highly recommend them if you’re in the unfortunate situation of needing their services for water or mold. I cannot overstate how helpful Alpha Restoration was when our master shower failed and leaked down into our garage.
